Justice and Peace: Quo Vadis

Celebrating the feast of Prophet Elijah, spiritual father and inspiration of the Carmelites, with a forum on justice and peace with Sharon Cabusao-Silva, Tinay Palabay, and Mong Palatino as speakers.   Sr. Patricia Fox, NDS, sent his message since, due to repression from government, she was unable to come. Fr. Gilbert Billena, O.Carm concluding the event with a reflection on the prophetic life of Prophet Elijah.

Story of a mother whose son was killed by allegedly members of the police force two years ago. His son was just attending the wake of another victim, when he was shot by masked men. As per her account, evidence were planted by the police and the witnesses threatened not to say anything.
